The Pekin High School Science Lab project involved the complete renovation of 11 existing classrooms into modern, fully equipped science laboratories, along with 5 supporting prep rooms.

- Installation of new science lab equipment and fixtures
- New flooring throughout all lab and prep areas
- New doors, frames, and hardware
- Painting and interior finish upgrades
- Associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work to support lab functionality
