The Ashland Place Housing Development project includes 8 multifamily 2 story buildings totaling 42 units and a community center. The work also includes site development consisting of site grading, approximately 20,000 cubic yards of imported fill, site utilities, concrete paving, and sidewalks.

- Roofing
- Furnishing doors
- Frames and hardware
- Aluminum storefront
- Furnishing woodwork
- Casework and countertops
- Plumbing
We are also responsible for the layout and testing of our work.
