This project was an 8(a) minority set aside program for District V and V11 by the US Army Corps of Engineers and LCI is subcontracting from SAF, Inc. of Akron, Ohio.

The work includes clearing and grubbing, discharge channel excavation, water control structures, overflow spillway, embankment using wet and dry material, natural spillway repairs, reinforced concrete outlet structure, pump station and wing walls, discharge structure and control building, pre-cast concrete box culvert, steel H-piles, painting, roofing,  mechanical, HVAC, electrical, three submersible pumps, motors, motor control center, granular surfacing of parking areas and access roads, stone protection, mechanical dredging and seeding. LCI responsibility excludes earthwork and submersible pumps.
