Project consists of  Raw Sewage Pumping Improvements including  New adjustable frequency drives (AFD) for the existing pumps, New Motor Control Centers (MCCs),  New power distribution center to house the MCCs and AFDs,  New PLC hardware,  New flow and level instruments. Traveling Bar Screen Improvements include replacing the existing mechanical bar screens with new screens. Provide a bypass channel with manual bar screen. The existing building that houses the screens will be demolished and replaced as part of this project. Primary Clarifier Improvements include replacing the existing primary clarifier weirs to address leaks and deterioration. The replacement primary clarifier weirs will be raised. Aeration Tank Improvements include providing submerged mixers into the 1 st zone of both the East and West aeration tanks. Provide motorized actuators on the inlet gates to Zone 3 and tie the actuators into the existing SCADA system to allow remote control from control room. Replace existing aeration tank diffusers. Provide dissolved oxygen monitors for each aeration tank zone and tie into SCADA system. Provide a new flow meter and automatic sampler on the peak flow routing pipe. Tie the flow meter into the SCADA system. WAS Improvements includes replacing existing WAS pump with a new pump. RAS Improvements includes adding a third RAS pump, piping, and VFD to increase RAS pumping capacity.
