Principles

Todd Leander
President/Chief Executive Officer


Todd Leander graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, IL in 1986, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He has over 24 years experience in estimating and bidding large construction projects including the responsibility of Senior Estimator at C. Iber & Sons, Inc. He currently serves as LCI Chief Estimator as well as overseeing the contract administration, project development and field department.

Ryan Leander
Corporate Secretary


Ryan graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Being active in LCI since he was 17, Ryan currently bids and estimates construction projects, is involved with project management of small projects, and has implemented and maintained the LCI Cost Estimating Software. Ryan lives in Morton, IL with his wife Anna.

Dave Lohrenz
Vice President of Finance/Administration


Dave graduated from the University of Arizona in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Business. He began his construction career 32 years ago when he served as CFO for one of the largest general contractors in Central Illinois. He has overseen the administration and financial areas for contracting entities with revenues in excess of 200 million. He currently is responsible for those duties at LCI.

Rick Roberts
Vice President of Field Operations


Rick attended Carl Sandburg College, University of Texas in San Antonio and most recently Northern Illinois Univeristy through The National Safety Education Center. His certificates include: US Army Core of Engineers Construction Quality Management, OSHA Campus 360, OSHA 510: Standards for Construction Industry, OHSA 500: Training Course for Construction Industry, US Department of Labor Hazardous Waste Training Program, US Enviromental Protection Agency Lead Safe Certification, Leed Green Associate, Advanced Construction Project Management and Certificate of Recongination from Safety Services Company. He has been in the construction industry for 36 years, joining LCI in 1994 as a project superintendent. He was promoted to General Superintendent in 2004 and to the position of Vice President of Field Operations in 2006. He is the Safety Director and heads up the Safety Committee for LCI. Rick oversees and coordinates all field construction, project management, logistics and yard operations for LCI.

Tim Lipp
Vice President of Project Management


Tim was recently hired as our New Vice President of Project Management. Tim has thirty-three years of experience in the construction industry working with such companies as Sceilien Construction, Estes Co., CORE Construction, and most recently Laverdiere Construction, Tim graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with Associates in Applied Science-Architectural Design and Estimating. Tim will have the responsibility to direct and supervise the Project Management department and also project manage on some of our larger projects. Tim lives in Metamora, Illinois with his wife and two daughters. .
